The owner of the online store www.ss20.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is SS20 OÜ (registration number 11716084), located at Tehnika 24, 0149 Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. All payments made with any payment method are processed in euros.
In Estonia, the following bank links and payment solutions are available: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, payment in shop in cash. We will send the personal data required for making a payment to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia and EU countries.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Parcels within Estonia will usually reach the destination chosen by the buyer in 2–3 business days after entry into force of the sales agreement, via Itella SmartPost parcel terminals or DPD courier service.
We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
We provide a warranty on all electronic devices, the length of which depends on the device.
Generally speaking, you can safely buy, bring home, and test all your programs and settings.
If the device is running smoothly for a couple of weeks, it will probably work longer until it drops, overheats, or spills liquid.
If any errors occur that are not caused by the user, we will repair the computer for free or replace it with an equivalent.

Right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered merchandise may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the merchandise as permitted for testing at the physical store. Delivery costs will also be refunded.
According to the law, the customer has the right to return both new and used equipment within 14 days. The device must be in exactly the same condition, both hardware and software. The buyer of the device must be aware of what he is buying. The equipment sales notice indicates possible physical as well as software defects. For example, a scratch on the case or, for example, a piece of software not working or turned off. For example, one USB port, Bluetooth, one keyboard button, or the like does not work. The packaging with which the device was sent to the customer must also be the same.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form, the form of which is available here and send it to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect, description does not correspond to the technical part of the device or any defect appears).
If the item is defective and can be easily repaired, the right of return will not apply. For example, it is necessary to install a software update that has been created in the meantime or the buyer does not know how to use the device correctly.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +372 5681 1011.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
